Welcome to our brand new website – ME Services is proud to unveil our new look website. After giving the previous site numerous spring cleans over the years, the option was taken to start again and rebuild. On the face of it, this seems like a fairly straightforward task– not at all, as anyone who has been involved in a similar exercise will attest – especially for ME Services personnel who focus their attention solely to providing first-class products and services to you!

As none of us are web-wizards, the presentation and layout of the site was left to the experts – Accentuate IT. What we could provide was the content – information on the exciting products and services available to new or existing Clients. Hours of writing, re-writing, checking, correction, reviewing and yet more re-writing and various to-ing and fro-ing has culminated in a website that we hope you’ll like, and more importantly, find informative and useful. A mix of straightforward information for those of you who need to know the basics, and some more technical information can be found across the site. You can even find out some tasty morsels of information about our team!

Please take a few minutes to browse – everybody needs some time out now and again. What better way to spend your time than finding out what we can do for you, while also letting us know if any improvements can be made – everybody needs feedback, and open, regular communications are a cornerstone of how ME Services does business.

Introducing ME Fire Solutions

ME Services is constantly seeking to evolve, explore new areas and make optimum use of our existing skills and expertise. To consolidate our position as a multi-service provider, we are pleased to add another string to our bow – ME Fire Solutions. Along with our existing range of services in the area of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical services, we now offer:

Fire Suppression & Hydraulic Systems
Water-based Sprinklers
Aerosol Suppression Systems
Clean Agent Systems
Foam Suppressants
Fire Detection and Alarm systems
Fire control panels

Our newly-assembled team consists of a blend of long term, experienced personnel and recently appointed expertise in the fire solutions field, to inject new ideas and keep the ME Engineering group on the front foot. Bureau Veritas system audit

ME Services has maintained a consistently strong focus on Safety, Quality and the Environment over the years. Evidence of this was clear during a recent audit of our Integrated Management System by the prestigious Bureau Veritas certification body.

The audit carried out in March and April was designed to check ongoing compliance against the three standards:

ISO45001:2018 Safety Management Systems
ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
ISO140012:2015 Environmental Management Systems.

The initial certification process involves a series of stringent desktop and site audits and inspections, interviews with personnel, subcontractors and Clients, analysis of ME Services policies and procedures, and lengthy scrutiny of risk assessments, project plans and other records. The initial certification process is designed to determine whether ME Services Integrated Management System is compliant with the requirement of the 3 Standards, as well as legislation, any other obligations such as those imposed by clients along with our own standards as set out within our new bespoke management system.

The recent surveillance audit involved examination of how ME Services had performed regarding compliance over the last year. We were proud to receive a positive result, with no major non-conformances and some very encouraging feedback. Not all audits are perfect however, and the improvement ideas raised by the auditor are underway, as ME Services seeks to further raise the bar when it comes to Safety, Quality and Environmental performance in 2020 and beyond, while providing further assurance to Clients and potential Clients of our commitment and capabilities.
