Director
As owner and founding director, Simon started the business following 30+ years’ experience in various technical and executive engineering roles across Europe, Asia and Australia.
His engineering experience covers different industries from Lift control system, Satellite receivers to manufacturing and development of Air-conditioning systems.
Simon has an Electrical Engineering degree from Technische Universitat Berlin.

Greg Tan DipEng BCom CPA
General Manager
Greg joined the company at the beginning of 2018 following his 15 years’ experience working in construction, manufacturing, engineering, logistic, property development and the funds management sector.
Greg is a Certified Practicing Accountant with an engineering diploma and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University.
His experience in financial management and strategic planning are essential factors in the company’s business development.

Kiril Kirov

Project Manager
Kiril is a professional Electrical Engineer with hands-on practical experience in Refrigeration and air conditioning in Europe and South Africa. Over the past 30+ years in the industry, he has project-managed and undertaken various jobs with critical equipment and complex systems.
His comprehensive industry knowledge enables him to make informed decisions and solutions for projects.
Kiril oversees every aspect of the project including coordination of the delivery team, leading a safe work practice, project documentation, stakeholder communications, problem solving and commissioning.

Service Manager
Jonathan started working for the company in 2004 and has over 15 years experience in refrigeration, air-conditioning, and electrical work.
His hands-on knowledge and qualifications as both an Electrician and Refrigerant Specialist are essential in his role to manage our service technicians.

Project Engineer
Jeff is a progressive engineer with over 10 years of practical experience. He completed his Mechanical engineering qualification at University of The Sydney and a Masters’ of Project Management at Curtin University.
Jeff undertakes every aspect of project engineering work including design engineering, value engineering, and compliance to The Building Code of Australia and Australian Standard.

Fire Service Manager
Ross has over 15 years’ hands-on experience in Fire protection. His knowledge and problem solving skills on various Fire panel, Aspiration and EWIS Systems are essential in his role to estimate and supervise Fire service work.
Ross’s understanding of applicable Fire standards in his previous role with large multinational Fire companies brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ME Fire Solutions.

Paul Cotton
Estimator (Fire)
Paul has over 32 years’ experience in Fire protection for special Hazards and Dry and Wet Fire Safety working in various roles from Estimator to Business Development and Project Management. His fire suppressant skills cover working with Gaseous, Aerosol, Foam, Deluge, Sprinkler, Explosion and Detection Systems for On and Off-Shore installations including FPSO’s, Mining, Industrial and Commercial applications.
Paul has worked in the UK, Indonesia (Java, Kalimantan), and Australia since 1998 (both Victoria and Western Australia) for large multinational companies such as Wormald and Chubb, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to ME Fire Solutions.

Steven is an experienced draftee with a Mechanical engineering qualification from The University of Western Australia. His expertise allows him to address problems in a mechanical system and design.
He undertakes an estimating role and assists our project engineer with job technical requirements.
