Interior designer – Visual Feel Interior selected ME Services to undertake Electrical and HVAC fit out work for Canton Lane Restaurant at Belmont forum in March 2017 and Midland Gate Shopping Centre in March 2019.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical Services
• HVAC Supply, installation, commissioning etc. of all new internal air conditioning supply and return air ductwork and air diffusion and connection to the existing stub duct connections
• Air balancing and commissioning of the above PAC unit / system.
• Installation of existing AC controllers and remote temperature sensors.
• Supply, installation, commissioning evap cooling unit / system.
• Supply, installation, commissioning exhaust fan(s) system.
• New control system for the above exhaust and make up air system as indicated on the drawings.
• All necessary support / bracketing etc. for the new plant, pipework, ductwork etc.
• All over flashings. • Noise and vibration controls associated with above systems.
• Identification and labelling of the plant.
• Provision of equipment schedules and coordinated workshop drawings, builders work drawings etc for each system.
• Provision of operation and maintenance manuals, as installed drawings for the above systems.
