Pindan Construction engaged ME Services to Supply, install and commission Exhaust, ventilation fan, ducted and split system Air-Conditioning work on Public Transport Authority’s Mount Claremont Bus Depot.
Scope of Works:
- Supply and install DX system to the following areas including:
a. Enclosed Offices
b. Lunch Room
c. Drivers Room
d. Comms Room
e. Meeting Room
f. Operations Room
g. Reception - Supply and install complete ventilation exhaust systems to:
h. Occupied areas (outdoor air)
i. Toilets (exhaust)
j. Lockers (exhaust)
k. Tea Prep/ Lunch Rooms (exhaust) - Supply and install duct and diffusions For HVAC System only.
- Supply and install all refrigerant pipe work and insulation.
- Supply and install all controls and power cablings For HVAC System only.
- Supply dual exhaust system for all toilets including duct works and electrical controls.
- Test run and commissioning.
